| God I am so stressed and depressed right now, but at least I'm losing weight
I'm so stressed that I can't sleep or eat. I just have to get through the next week and then final and everything will be over.
So I need to get back on a plan and start posting here again to motivate myself. I want to 130 by the time summer rolls around and 150 for spring break.
Here's how it should work: End of Jan: 160 End of Feb: 150 End of Mar: 140 End of Apr: 135 End of May: 130
When I go home for winter break, I am just going to the gym everyday and not eating much. Always does the trick ;)

Intake: -water -coffee -tea -hummus/spinach/sprout pita when hungry- low calorie and filling! -fruit when necessary Outtake: min: 30 mins cardio desired: 1 hr cardio 500 abs stretch
